Kind reminder: Our cakes are made with fresh dairy whipping cream, which has a naturally soft texture and is sensitive to temperature. When left at room temperature for an extended period, the cake may soften, tilt, or slightly collapse. As cakes are delicate items, we will do our best to ensure they are properly packed and protected before collection. However, once the cake has left our shop, any damage caused by transportation, handling, tilting, road conditions, or improper storage will be beyond of our control, therefore it will not be eligible for compensation or refund. Thank you for your understanding and support. 🙏 For travel durations exceeding 40 minutes, we recommend adding an insulated cooler bag (RM15) to help slow down the rise in temperature and reduce the risk of the cake becoming soft or unstable due to heat exposure. This helps the cake remain in better condition during transportation. Thank you for your understanding. Please note that the insulated cooler bag only helps to slow down the increase in temperature and cannot completely prevent changes to the cake caused by weather, travel duration, or transportation conditions. 🙏
